Social Work Employment Services (SWES) is a social work umbrella company exclusively for British Association of Social Workers (BASW) members.

To use our umbrella company, you must be a member of BASW, which is a separate membership with a separate weekly membership fee, but this also gives you access to a range of member benefits.

The service is free to join, so simply make a note of your BASW membership number and make a request for a callback using this form.

Once you've completed the 'request a callback' form, one of our dedicated team will be in touch to sign you up. There are no other hidden costs or extras with our service.

When you've been signed up you will be given log-in details for your Flexr account, our employment management platform and you can pass the SWES umbrella company details on to your new employer.
